buying from a canadian seed bank

I am an American who was wondering how to go about buying some seeds from a seed bank like sacred seed. Can just walk in and buy them, or do i need a Canadian resident to buy them for me?
Any help would be much appreciated

are you an american IN canada? or are you talking about ordering them. clarify for us.
