A few aeroponic questions.

Hey everyone, its been a while.
So my last soil grow i just did went sour, 6 clones all died on me. Thats the first time ive ever actually killed a plant...sad. So I decided it was a sign to try my hand at a hydro setup.

The plan is a 16 plant setup using the biggest PVC pipes I can find. 4 rows of 4 plants with 2 misters per plant, placed at an incline to drain back to the res. What kind of system would this be labled? and what are the times on the misters and airators? i assume they should run 24 hours? Also what nutes would you recommend? I also belive hydro sytems need frequent cleaning and flushing, how often and what cleaners should i use? Thanks for the help.
