i just tied theas plants down last week so now im overgrown, well wait till i clone and flower theas plants then ill be in a tight space 6ft x 6ft. i need more light or a mover ive been told.. theas 4 where grown up to my belly button in the 3ft x 3ft hydro hut fed w/mostly bio bizz but alot of starter fertilizer and kelp amended to the soil initally and some ancient amber just about a month back. ive ordered more ov that to replace top max, instead im useing down to earth soluble root stimulator @ 1/2 tsp per gallon (40% humic acid) -ancient amber has got fulvic acid i understand..
im in need of a sulfer vaporizer cause of the size of the plants and the carpeted environment, i just cant risk adding more mildue via wet carpets.

thoes are big ass pots i found at home depote w/3ft bamboo sticks i got at a local nursery, i used a drill to get holes in the pots for the sticks and its really the only way. i made a tea of kelp meal with my airstone/bucket(just tossed some kelp meal into the biogrow/bloom solution after my alg-a-mic grew a slug in the bottle :x -at first it just smelt out of the norm then it had seperated thats when i looked inside and tossed it) and then scooped the sludge left over into the pots proportionatly and scratched it all in good befor driling and tieing things down, ima still add and scratch in some vermicrop organics Amendmant wich is the ingreadient that pushed my last crop to yeald the 8 oz from just 4 plants -the buds where dince and fat, but the plants where just healthier then the plast crop given alot of other factors to add in. at 18 bucks a bag of basically compost or kick ass worm castings or something with alot of active biology that will enrich fugil/microbial activity.

soo ive had a few accidents and broken brnaches soo theirs some of that black tee would healer junk on one and ive retied the plants to keep the canopy tight and close together under the lamp, the first branch snaped july 15th -i was gearing up to flower them but desided to wait a few days so stress didnt play a part in bud set. then i was moveing a plant the other day and i had spaced out the branch that i tied all graly to another pot like a idiot, pulled a huge chunk off another plant. i live and i learn, it'll never happen again -im learning the hard way but atleast its soaking in, and theirs plenty of plant mass left under the 600w. the buds are just a few hairs now soo im thinning the cannopy pruing away any leafs that shade major growth sites, mostly leafs that grow into the plant of take poenhcal away from bud development.
i have made a tea from kelp meal a month ago and watered the pots with it mixing the kelp meal into the top soil then added a load of vermicrop amendment a week or so later, last night i mixed up some alfalfa meal with black gold soil and desided to put a couple handfulls of it plus a teaspoon and a half of pure cane sugar disolved in hot water first then into a cup of cold water and finally added to the ghetto compost tea in the 5gal bucket to get airated overnight. the compost and wormcastings in the soil and alfafa meal i added should do the plants good, i have some clones in the alfalfa amended soil but i wish i had gotten starter fertilizer instead.
ive been feeding them every day for a while and then gave them a day to dry out with some leafs dieing but i think ill go back to dayly feeding but just a little less then befor

this soil is a little hot, but plants arent fazed. only problem was gnats but i fixed that w/gnatrole im feeding every other day allowing a day forthe pots to dry. i used 1 bag of ocian forest and 3 cups of starter fertilizer w/o any kelp meal cuz i cant find it. i allways fertilize with theas bio bizz nutes from the first transplant at like 10ml per gallon then 15ml per gallon the next week(fresh trnasplanted clones cups and also the seeds in the 6pack thing, the first soil was only a littl alfalfa meal in a small $8 bag of black gold -i had wished i used dr earth starter and went with 2 cups per gallon in the 2-3gal pots with out any kelp meal im worried cuse ive allways used kelp meal and never this much dr earth starter fert i beleave) -dont need to be flushed between feedings like fox farm or roots organics recomends. i still only use their ancient amber 10ml per gallon every feeding but i may move it to every other feeding @ their recomended dose. i used a water bottle with root enhancer in it to give the starts a boost as soon as the seed came up and theclones wher put into soil, then i began with biobizz 5mlveg+5mlbloom per gallon. now im at 10mlgrow and 5mlbloom and 5ml ancient amber per gallon.
http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/x62/ ... G_1007.jpg

my bud reciy has been changed back to a bio-grow mix from 15ml earth juice bloom+ 15ml bio bloom+ 10ml ancient amber per gallon back to 15ml biogrow+ 10ml bio bloom+ 5ml earthjuice bloom+ 10ml ancient amber.
i had been useing a far amount of biogrow for a long time then went to a bio-bloom/earthjuice bloom recipe, i now know the higher raitio of K is really benefital. that allways been my thoughts on bio-grow, its got soo much more K then N (i held onto some age old grow just incase i get deficancy in nitrogen, ive allready used 5ml per 2 gal in bloom and 5ml per gal with the veg recipe. just cause i havent added extra N to the veg soil and the flowering plants look like they need something.
ive sprayed green cure 1/8tsp per quart and no hairs have burn or buds stinted like last cycle when i mixed a tbs per gallon (that sucked) also a few days after i sprayed with ancient amber 1tsp per quart (the foliage feed directions on the bottle, now burns and the buds, leafs just soaked it up) -i had a thought that the humic acid would also discurage fungus growth ontop of the green cure a few days earlier (green cure is basically bakeing soda 'alkaline' not acidic) i figured the change in PH might warp the minlue, and what doesnt harm the plants will make it stronger w/less desease. i spray veg/bloom together cause their in the same room and share the same air, seriously need a sulfer vaporizer but i feel its too late for this crop. they say to stop useing that shit 4-5weeks, 4 weeks is what i remember but that probly on a 8 week cycle.

i watered everything yesterday, for the buding plants i ran 4 gal of water and added about a gallon of the ocian forest/dr earth amended soil once it had bubled overnight. i let that buble for a few hours then added 15ml per gal biogrow+ 10mlper gallon biobloom+ 5mlper gal earth juice bloom (im phazeing it out but its still in use) and 10ml per gal ancient amber. i though it would be too much cause they where fine with a minute -1.5 min per pot threw my pump can but i just poored the soil/compost tea onto the pots 3/4gal for the pots that need less or drain out with less water then the stronger 2 got 1.5 gal and (a couple plants had broken limbs and stoped teking up asmuch liquid so i give 2 plants a bit more fertilizer solution then others) only 1 of the weaker plants had drained and it was only a few ounces i sucked up with a turkey baster.

i was trying to get a proper schedual to feed them and how much soo dotn mix too much nutrient and have waist, i knew they needed daly irrigation but was giveing a little less then i should and the botom of the pots whernt getting very wet. still the tops had dried out soo i tiem them a little longer when useing my pump can, they had soaked up all the liquid ive given them and dired out nicely. the ocian forest i wtered in today is like mulch so the plant can grow further into the ammendment and soil teas ive been makeing.

just now i fed 15ml biogrow per gal+ 10ml biobloom (i ment for 5 ml earth juice bloom but for the 2.5 gal i made i only used 10ml and added 5ml of age old grow for its nitrogen, i was useing earth juice grow for nitrogen boosts but thought this would be better and i had some i could set aside if i need the extra N, bio grow and bio bloom anone dont have alot of N, bio grow has alot more K then N but is still awsome fertilizer -i use it combined w/dr earth and have used biobloom with it for great veg and overgrow my space but when i dont add that cup or two of N amendment to however much soil i make i feel they need it some other way -im not useing any liquid kelp at the moment, that comes in the biobloom so i make sure to use some in veg it adds a little nitrogen too.

ive noticed when leafs get weak they turn yellow and die, thats cool but its like the turn yello and then get weak and die -if i could keep the green in the ones that are fadeing then it all stays healthy and photosynthasis continues, when they are all yellowing under the canopy and falling off i felt i should atleast add 5ml age old grow to the 4 galons earlier and the 2.5 galons i made today.

Its all been chopped down but ill post more cuz I took pics, 60 days some was cut at 59 cuz their was a nice amount of work from the 6x6ft canopy. All the leaf without sugar was cleaned away and I just hung the rest ill trim it later. I was aiming at 2 week flush 7 week feed and 64 days/9 weeks total but chopped early cause a few leafs had shown powdery mildew. That was cleaned away and the crops have been sprayed for it.

The veg crop is overgrown in the cab and the gnatrole was expired or just didn’t work I used it outside too -they should put expiration dates on gnatrole. I'm gunna order some benefital nematodes soon cause I’m buying/mixing soil in a week or so, gunna re-fill the 6-7gal pots.

For our next soil mix I’m thinking 1bag ocean forest + 1bag happyfrog + 1 bag vermicrop organics amendment + 2-3gal(.5cf) chunky perlite + 6cups Dr earth starter fertilizer + 3 cups E.B.Stone kelp meal. Maybe I should just blow them up with starter fertilizer like I did in the 2 gal veg pots -it didn’t burn anything, feeding every irrigation 20ml per gallon age old grow/biobizz grow 1:1 -now its 30ml per gallon.

Image
I've got 4 tgu x gdp started in their, some are male but I’m waiting for it to be official.

I’ve been foliar spraying for powdery mildew with green cure -I think it’s working locally but I need a sulfur vaporizer to treat the room, we have popcorn ceilings in there.. Also I’ve been experimenting with ancient amber as a foliar to the buds the last weeks of the last cycle and this whole grow every 10 days or more at random. I’m using it in the nutrient solutions too 20ml per gallon in bloom and 10ml per gallon in veg, close to the end of this cycle I would only add it every other feeding. I was using biobizz grow/bloom and earth juice bloom in the beginning then ran out of biobizz bloom and stepped up the earth juice finally switched to age old bloom/biobizz grow in the least weeks I feed. Finally before flushing I added a huge amount of soluble root enhancer by down to earth, 2tbs 1oz per gallon -the same rate it stated on their bottles, its intent was to increase nutrient cycling and keep production up while they use up all the nutrient that’s built up in the soil or the plant has stored. The soil is be sifted for roots then re-used in the outdoor garden pulling back the mulch, after its watered and settled I put the wodd chips back.

it was average 8 ounces from the 4, ive had that from 3 when the perimiter was within 4-5ft rather 5-6. the crop i have budding now is a true SOG and a load of purple with some of my breeding project in their. i have 3 dif kush phenotypes 2 dif maui and 1 GDP -thoes are crossed with a tgu male i had found last year i actually started more but only the first batch was developed enough to take clones that early on. ill have a sperate thread for my cloneing concept that im working, ive gone from oasis to cloneing in soil.

homeharvest.com still ships flats of oasis in 10x20 plastic trays, i ended up cuting the oasis cubes in half and cloneing like that with 3-5 in each small 4oz stirofome cups all side by side in a largcard board box utilizeing 50 gallon drum linersto line the box and anotehr cut in half to streach around the top. ive put small white garbage bags in epty pepsi 30 pack boxes with the top riped off, right now i have a white garbage bag in a plastic bin with soil clones inside -i open it every day and blow fresh air in also inflating it befor i close it tight pinching hard befor twist tieing it. -the humid environment is key, i liek the soil clones cause they get nutrietns right away and do very well. i only have to put the rootmass in water to losen apart all the plants after i have the cups or pots ready for them.

the soil is happy frog with extra perlite and Dr earth starter fertilizer, the beds are drained via ebb and flow drain pieces -thank you jackel for the good word on that. some pics are older but were on week 5, switched on christmas eve planted in the beds on the 23rd and veged in the cups for a month atleast on a blue tarp under our 600w -seeds where germinated mid october and i had taken clones then probly used thoes.

looks trippy as hell. i think those plants got a little too big for that style perhaps. dont forget to lollipop them, stripping everything but the main branch. will probably yield better.

I did something similar with my late starts a few years back except I used an aquarium. They ended up getting rootbound but they still flowered out, just didnt reach there full potential. Goodluck though sticky, good to see ya back on the boards again! Got nirvana's PPP and wonder woman goin over here. Thinkin about startin up a thread soon.

i had them veging for a while on the floor under the 600w while our indoor/outdoor spring crop fills our hydro hut in 1 and 2 gallon pots the GT1's are the same round of clones used in the SOG. no reason for holding of so long other then i needed to build the table, buy the lumber -i had most of it cut at home depot. 2 weeks ago i took emptied the hydro hut exept for the lamp wich i unpluged, took the shell off and transpalted everything to 5 gallon pots. in the last 3-4 weeks ive had fungus gnats and i ordered go gnats by mistake i have allways ordered gnatrole with BTi and it works for the treated plants and soil but new soil and new plants could invit new gnats problems -my grandma in washingotn is haveing the same problems with her flower plants so im recomending gnatrol for her.

one thing i have done is mixed diatomceus earth 1tsp per gallon with the nutrient solution first shaken up in a water bottle pored onto and funnled from a slice of paper to mitigate the hazard of breathing in the DE, care should be take not to spill cause the dry area might have the powder that you could breath in but the soil wont cause the irrigation pushes the material further down into the media. its an experiment ive done, the DE contanes silicate wich is much like silica blast in my hopothasis and if shaken in the water bottle first should be fully desolved in the irrigation solution.

ive been takeing leafs first when they where palnted in the beds and at week 2 then at week 3 or 4 i cut the lower stuff that wasnt produceing what i liked. theirs still a bit to go and still some leafs that arnt all sugery to pick out- i was thinking about picking leafs out to mitigate powdery mildue but their all sugar leafs that filled in (mostly the larger maui and maui croses with tgu offspring)

thease plants exeeded my expectations and i got in their next to the table and raised the lamp a few inches cause it was just a hands length away from the maui crosses that i thought wouldnt be as tall as the kush but they are huge. its still to soon to see how big they will get, i have clones of them growign roots so they will go with the GDP and maui that i allready have in 16oz cups for a few weeks.

im going to work a new consept with the 30 gallon grow bags, allready ive cut the bottom out of 1 and layed it inside another i was filling 3/4 the way or 2/3 then filled then 2 combined bags so that its 45-50gallons measured 24inches tall and 24 inches in diamiter so its not really top heavy and the plants wich grow roots under the bags anyway after i had cut 4 added slits at ground leavel last season. they should do better during the hotter days and yeald more with the added root mass -im going to cut apart 5 gallon squat pots to lay the root mass and 3-4ft plants into thease may 10th. i know the 400w is not practicle like this but its all the 12 bitches are getin and i contemplated swaping the bulbs and balasts puting the 400MH on the SOG but i want the most out of that and really just want something from this spring crop -i dont expect much maby seting myself up so a suprise though i wish we had a 1000 water on them thats life. -the summer crop will be nursed under both 400mh and 600hps hanging from each side of the hydro hut's frame- hears thinking outside the shell Image

this bud crop is going 9 weeks, 7 week feed 2 week flush. our spring crop will be going outside when the temp and wether permit i was planing on buding them for 5 weeks or so indoors for a proper fruit set -outdoors the cold temp would cause a scrawny bud set, only enough to sustain reproduction to prolific growth. the indoor growth buding plants will turn purple and take longer to fill out or might not fill out as nicely with cold temps. i like mid to upper 40's as the low so anthyign in the 30's is not good. though i have time to imagin a way to make a cold frame for the 12 plants with our 4ml overwinter clear film, possably with PVC i could make a greenhouse but id need to pull design from my imagination -i think alot when i smoke and i smoke alot.

i thought up the sketches for the table and how the contaners would drain while is was smokeing, originally i had more plants per the larger beds but droped down to 3 rows of 8 and moved the smaller clones -all of wich where smaller maui's and reveging GDP's. i hadnt put flags for wich plants ar ewich because it was carefull to map out wich plants are where in the beds so when i cut i can lable the branches with tape or something.

~1/16tsp soluble root enhancer shaken in a wter bottle, ive taken the lit off and poken 3 holes close together from the inside out so its now a squeez bottle for our rooting media -this works the same with gnatrole in oasis and ive used both befor like this just not at the same time.

new clones i have are sour diesel from harborside health center -i desided i needed added sativa from maui -in addition to maui. they said chem dawg was the best sativa they had but i went with sour diesel, i bought a larger clone in 4 inch soil medium for 16 bucks transplated it at home after soaking in water to loosen all the soiless medium. 5 days later i had 2 clones and kept 4 nodes on the original wich is flowering now(1 of the the 2 gallon pots beside the SOG)
this one took longer to push roots but we never gave up Image w/o the plastic cup Image

and finally ill show some fresh clones first true blue berry not directly from dj short and maby out crossed-not back crossed but polinated from a whole dif male plant ~who knows (the other 2 gallon pot flowering is tbb)

granddady crossed with a male tgu offspring i lable GT1 for now Image
and granddady purple -i pinched that lower node off after takeing this pic

I see you still got the true blue goin there. I think your right about it getting crossed with a totally different male, I thought so to so I sent mine to kmfdm. There was still some good phenos with those, just not a very stable cross at all. I have been looking for those watering wands everywhere only thing I can find is watering jugs. Not sure if im gonna need one yet or not but if you could get me a link where I can get one id appreciate it. Lookin good though, nice to see you openin up your own little candy store

weve got no other choice but to do it our own, even in california cities can set prohabition on dispenseries it seems. even when their around they rip us off with prices of 55-65 an 1/8 and no ounces -id have to buy 8 1/8's at their shity prices, or take rapid transit out of town. cause i havent had a car for some time now. even out of town i find its 340 for the cheepest ounce plus sales tax its more like 380 for an ounce of medicine here in the bay. lucky we have connects elswear with a club and get ounces for 280 but in reality we pay a little over 100 an ounce to grow it plus the time/energy we put to it.

our workhorse inside is a multi use spray can, i cut the tip off the rubber hose tip/sprayer thingy. their used to wash things and spray pesticides maby its just the off season; http://farmandfleet.com/products/277638 ... rayer.html

i bought a second one last outdoor season to spray the fall crop with foliar anciant amber~roots organics/microblast~earth jucie also for mildue (the 32oz hand sprayers are a 1/4gallon work out -i get scarms and shit) but its really nice indoors just needs constant cleaning -the smaller the size the easier to clean i bet keep that in mind, the 1 gallon i have fits a little over 1.5gallons and still seals fine.

i like the modles that have funle tops it helps steading the milk jug i cut in half to better funnle liquids in, be carefull that what you put in is compleat liquid if theirs cchunks it will clog and you have to clean befor you finish irrigating. i love my thingy and simply count the seconds it takes then i make a note of it for isnance my 1 gallon pots where watered for 10 seconds first go round then 10 again makeing 20 seconds every other day and my 2 gallon pots got 15 seconds each go round for 30 seconds every other day thease plants where 2-3ft tall adn near or allready rootbound but still healthy until i transpalnted and the gnats took over -i was carfull even not to breack the 2-3ft plants tiping over and back up, one 2 gallon i cut apart because the maui was soo huge i didnt wana risk her.

those prices are ridiculous but even in states its not legal u would pay about the same. unless u got da good connects of course. good tips on the jug thing to cause im still using the iguana juice and sometimes u get little chunks in the water. i dont think ill ever go away from organics though, i spent like 600 dollars on a water farm and a bunch of other shit that i wont even use for years(like a dumbass) but its always good to plan ahead i guess..
