quick question

ok so i just germinated a few seeds and im gonna set up a closet grow, considering i can lightproof a portion of it, i was just wondering. If i stick the germinated seeds in the soil, do they need light (heat) to start sprouting? or can i just leave the pot in a drawer until it sprouts bit?

germintate them first (not in soil) in a tupperware container in between moist paper towels...leave the lid a crack open so air can escape. Cover the tupperware with a dark towel or shirt so no light can get in...place in a warm spot (just above room tempature) A good spot is on top of your fridge. check back every 12 hours. When the root sprouts out of the seed, burry the seed (root down) about 1/2 inch under the soil...at this point you can have it on 24 or 18/6 light cycle.... a seedling is born

I dipped my two female seed in a waterbowl, kept in awarm place, fully dark, so that they can abosorb water,
Got germinated in 48 hours, then
I carefully place the seed into the soil with the knot side up. I only place it about 3/16" under the soil surface and water thoroughly
