Um, I had the same problem with my light. The problem was that it wasn't getting enough power to the light because i was using an extension chord that had three slots to plug into.

I ended up getting it to work. Sorry for ditching the thread and never posting pics. I re-considered posting cause i began to think people might see the pictures and be able to recognize who i am. I might be postin some pictures bud in the future.
