when i got busted for alcohol the cop told me he was gonna send the information that he wrote down to juvenile court and they would contact me...since this is the first time id been caught by the po po's i believed whatever he said...but then yesterday when i was with some friends we were talkin about how almost all of our friends had an mip or was on probation for something...and so i mentioned that i was going to have one soon and told them the story...and they said that if the cop doesnt give you a ticket right there on the spot then you dont have an mip...which kinda makes sense cus hows he gonna prove that i failed the breathylizer test when he was the only one in the room when he gave it to me...

i think that its because i was honest with him and everything...after hed been talking to me for a minute he said i smelled like beer and asked if i had been drinking and i told him the truth...and he asked me a bunch of questions and i was honest with "most" of em...and then i was like whats the legal limit for a 21 yo to drive and he said it was .08 and i only blew a .11 and i was like...wow officer they should raise that because im so drunk right now theres no way i could ever drive like this (ok so i wasnt completely honest with him lol)...and he smiled and was like well thats cus your a teenager and your tolerancy isnt high enough...and i was like...ya this is only the 2nd time ive tried drinking...and the first was just 2 beers...and then he called my parents and as far as that goes...im fucked...but as for legal action...i guess ive still got a clean record

I drink a lot. I have had 12 packs to myself and not felt drunk at all. I was more high from smoking two bowls then I was drunk from drinkng a 12 pack. Alcohol is very bad though. I know I have been close to overdosing before.

Since 1.5 mL of liqour is a shot = 1 5 oz. cup of wine = one 12 oz. beer

For my weight each "drink" (see above) should raise my BAC to .03. I had about half bottle of Jose Cuervo Tequilla, about half a bottle of Tanqueray Gin, about a quarter bottle of vodka, about a quarter bottle of rasberry vodka, a Smirnoff, and seven beers. The beers alone would have raised my BAC to 2.1 when the legal limit for someone under 21 is .02. I literally thought I was going to die. I fell out of my friends grandmas van while trying to shut the door and cracked my head open then I got up and she started moving and I threw up everywhere and passed out. Not fun of an experience. Everytime after that for about a month if I smelled liqour I would almost throw up. And I still had the smell of the tequilla in my mouth and nose. I couldn't get rid of it. Since then I have had many more bad experiences drinking but I continue to drink. I'm supposedly an alcoholic from genetics but I never really payed attention to what people tell me.

i have a really low tolerence with alcohol because i only drink like once ever 2 or 3 weeks

yea the cops do lie they said that the thing I did was a felony and it was only a misdemeaner he was just trying to scare me

also i got the drunkest ive ever been last night and i fucking hated it my friend who was high had to take care of me, but b/c i couldnt walk i was feeling great nice and drunk but then i just got wasted
(ive only drank about 10 times plus 5 nights in a row in Italy)
