if i had to guess, he found out its illegal to receive as well as send, especially crossing state borders. Chances are tho, the po po isn't gonna get a call from the USPS that they found .5g of weed in an envelope sent to someone in their town.

But, the admins of this site could prolly get in trouble for allowing what is essentially distribution.
