its a loophole in the law, your not allowed have the plant but technically seeds are legal cause the law never took them into consideration.

i was on the norml website yesterday, i read the state penalties and all, some places its mandatory minimum to get 1 year for simple possesion of ANY amount. those bastards...

the cops here arent too bad, the aim for the big guys, everyone knows the law an if your caught with seeds ya jus smile at them, take out your receipt an say 'sorry officer, is something the matter?'
if your caught with hash or weed thay always make a deal with you, ya tell them who ya bought off an ya get off scott free but then you have to deal with the dealer who is most likely gonna beat the shit out of ya.

It is not appropriate to snitch like that. The dealer is putting his or her ass on the line to provide for you, and should not have to suffer for your carelessness.
