Leaves WTF?

Hi guys. I'm starting my second indoor grow and using the same methods as the first, which produced fine results.

Here's what I have going:

Sensi Jack Herer
1000w Sodium in air cooled hood
Canna medium and nutrients used as directed at ph 5.5-6.5
Temp 80F
Humidity 50-60%
CO2 enhanced to 1500ppm

The plants in the pics have been under the light a couple weeks. Several of the seeds were slow to germinate and sprouted weakly, but are catching up.

But here's the question...take a look at the leaves: They are pale, low luster, wrinkled and curling upward.

I've been treating it as a general nutrient deficiency (owing to rapid growth w CO2) and gradually increasing the nutrient concentration (TerraVega), and adding a TBSP of blood meal to the soil) but am really not seeing results over several days.

What am I missing?
