Seedlings to vegetative phase

Good morning, I have 6 seedlings up about 4-6 inches. some have their second set of leaves. Question; When do I put them in the grow room and 24/24 light?

you can put them in there now. just make sure you have an oscilating fan on them. make sure the light isnt too close to burn them.
