What size lights?

I've heard 30watt/sq ft - 50watt/sqft. Here is what my box looks like.


I also need to figure out how to mount the lights.

the 7x4 room i would suggest 2 1000watts and u can run a 400watt mh in the veg. if ur walls are wood, u can put hooks in the wall or studs. if u have to build a 2x4 structure up and over the top of ur garden.

My walls are not wood. They are black vinyl. The frame is made of wood. That's why I'm trying to figure out the best way to hang the lights.

black isnt good for walls. u want white. black absorbs the light, white reflects it.

yes. i plan on putting up poly when as soon as I set up the box. So with the walls being vinyl, would having 2000 watts of heat in that room be too much?
