if you read the blunt/joint rolling contest thread. you would of seen i talked about an idea that popped up im being impatient i guess, because the idea i think is a cool one, and i'm waiting for a comment or two i figure if i make this thread i might get a comment sooner..

if you remember, at one time we had a ranking system based on our post counts. this is somewhat related to that, but you get more 'rank' or whatever you want to call it by doing something cool.

so here goes my idea. say we have some contests(the J rolling contest for example) or something of that nature. and if you win, you get a trophy/badge type thing on your sig sayin, *(something) of the month* or whatever you may be getting praised for. it would just be something that would be fun to do here at the forums, and it might encourage people to more positive things around here. plus it wouldnt be wrong having some bragging rights .

anyone think this is a perty nifty idea? ive never seen something like this done before on a message board, lets be trend setters if anyone has any ideas they want to add to mine, lets hear em'. maybe we could all agree on different kind of 'badges' you can earn? or maybe im just crazy and have too much time on my hands these days to think of things like this.. lol

well actualy, not really.
it would work fine, once it has some kind of basic layout to keep it organized. keeping it organized it the main key to keep it not 'easier said than done'

i figured since neep never has time for anything these days, we could do it ourselfs. it would just be in our sig part rather than next to our name. so no hard phpBB stuff involved. just a link from a image upload site, nothing to it .. but the 'trust' system would have to be involved. someone might try to be funny and make a bunch of their own. there will prolly be a chart showing the official logo's, to determine which ones are real n whatnot, if we decide to do something like this.
