New grower with pix need some advice/help blah blah

new to growing its a month old not very tall..can anyone tell me what lighting i should be doing..how far along are they..also it has come white/red browish hairs comin out the top...normal or wha i dunno here are some pix

kill the plant and start over..
if ur inside, use 24hour lgihting with compact flourescent lights (if ur on a budget).. have them about 4inches away from plants. use small oscilating fan.

reason to kill it is because its flowering already and its not gonan do ne thing.. it would take u longer to reveg it than it would to just start so me new seeds. thats y..
if u dont think my advice means ne thing y dont u just take a look at my threads. then after u get done nutting ur pants u can understand i KNOW wut the fuck im talkin about

yeah I haev to agree with jackel,
but here are some
questions you need to answer:
-what kind of light are you using?
-How long is it on for?
-what kind of soil is that??-looks like some dirt from outside.
-Do you haev more seeds?, 'cause your gonna need them

some usefull tips;
-avoid terracotta pots, use plastic
-use compact floros, they screw into regular incandesent fixtures!
-start with a good quality bag soil, don't be afraid to spend a few dollars
-invest in a light timer
-don't over water

-2 gallon plastic pot__$1.50
-droplight with attached cord and reflector __$10.00
-modest wattage CFL__$2.50-$15.00
-quality bag soil__$8.00-$12.00
-120v light timer__$10.00
-advice from seasoned pros__priceless (lol) but free

kill it and start over with the items above, it's too weak (and flowering) to invest another day on. and dont mind Jackel he must be having a bad day, but he's normaly very helpfull, and like he said he knows wtf hes talking about! and btw I project that plant yield at 1gram, unless you reveg it on 24 hour light and put a little more size on it. Hmm that may not be a bad idea, it is a female after all. If you learned anything from this its;

-how not to do it
-how to sex, study the reproductive parts of the plant. this info will be usefull for yo in the futer

i started off using the philips agro light 120 watt..noticed that was only making them get tall..at it gets too hott to put close...so im using the ott-lite natural light about 2ft above with a lil fan..its ging alot better..ok so i understand what u said and yes i do have more seeds..so i will take this as a lesson learned...first time i dont think i did too bad..thanks 2 both of yall

i would say u couldnt have done much worse.. u need to get a 43watt compact flourescent as it is the maximum wattage CF bulb u can get (check packages better). and will need it 2-6inches away from plant with a small oscilating fan

thanks..will do, whats wrong with the ott lite though kinda dont wanna throw it away was bout 20..how much light should they get when im starting out? and what made my plant now start flowering so soon? prechiate da tips man

From what I've heard to much woodchips isnt good, but I could be wrong. Like jackel said definetly get some florescent lights, the plants grow 500% better under them because the light spectrum is more balanced in the blue and red areas. Also, looks like you either had the lights on 12 hours light/ 12 hours dark or less, or you had lowryder or somthing because your plant is budding. I know it sounds bad, but that plants so small you'd be lucky to get a gram of bud off of it, andf it would suck waiting 8 weeks for a single bowl pack.
