pic update

Postby nadris » Tue Mar 27, 2007 2:39 pm

Few more up to date pics of my plants . They are about 3 months old, just over 2' tall and about 12-13 days into flowering. And I have not been able to afford a HPS yet so these are flowering with cfl's... Hope to have the hps by the next cycle...

the one in the last pic got started a little late as you can tell and has not really started flowering yet but is on 12/12 and the 4th plant I had going turned out to be a male. But over all things are going well I think for my 1st time.
EDIT: Sorry I forgot to resize the last pic :(

True..true. I was in your situation and grew my first plants entirely under flo.'s....the buds were a joke. I feel your pain, Nadris...but hey, your plants look VERY healthy, especially for your first grow...gotta give ya props for that. :D

g00d luck

are those buds from floros? very impressive. what cfls are you using and wattage wise? im doing a floro grow myself right now, doing fine so far but i'm debating on how many more bulbs to get. i know the more the marrier but i'd like to hear what your working with too.

Yeah they were 100% floro... I had 4 42w cfls's , 1 over each plant and 1 as side lighting http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w307 ... ure144.jpg
Flowered 3 plants with them and got about 3/4oz of dried and cured bud. Dunno if thats good or bad but I was very happy to finally grow my own smoke!! :D
